We stayed in the residential double room, and it was the perfect choice for longer stays as there is a well-equipped kitchenette (utensils, pots/pans, stovetop, rice cooker, fridge/freezer, etc) and laundry wash/dryer with detergent in the room. The rooms are beautifully designed with calming light wood tones, with high end furnishings including a Toto Neorest toilet! There was ample closet and storage space, as well as space to relax and place out luggage. This may be one of the best rooms we’ve stayed in, and we have been to 20+ hotels in Japan. Cleaning staff did an excellent job keeping the rooms spotless and tidy, and reception staff were efficient and polite. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay in Yokohama! We wanted to be near the port as we were going on a cruise the next day, and this was super close. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, the entrance lobby has some facilities (water, coffee, etc) for guests, and the room size was good. It was clean, comfortable and perfect for our needs. There were convenience stores and cafes near by, and it was close enough to the port that we could easily walk with our suitcases the next morning.

Although technically not a suite per se, the room had a separate seating area, bed area with projection screen or city view window, a work desk with fridge, and a 2 room bathroom with a skyline view. Clean bleached wood decor, soft lighting, tasteful modern art. All the amenities provided. Pajamas, slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste, hair brush, mirror, towels, shaving razor, shaving cream, high end designer shampoo, conditioner, coffee, tea, lots more.

They have kitchen completes with utensil. There' a washing machine and a dryer in our room which is good. The room can fit up to 7 pax confortably. Surrounded by mountain. There a public onsen in the hotel that is conveniently for the tenants. And the onsen is very clean. Everything was good and the pricing was very good with the service and facilities provided.

Lake Ashi is 4.9 km from the villa. Amazing place ! Just a few steps away from the lake, you can experience a traditional house. The bed and futons were very comfortable, and the tub with natural hot spring water is incredible ! My only regret is notbto have stayed longer !
