The hotel is just one station away from the airport, really conveniently located. Our room was on the top floor which made the stay magical as we could watch the sunrise from our window. Not the mention the night view of the city. The room was quite spacious, everything felt new and clean. We also enjoyed the buffet in the morning.

The hotel very clean and modern very comfortable to stay at, we had an issue with our hair dryer and they borrow us a straightener we asked for advice to buy some stuff and the reception team provide us with many 😍 Miss.Yamaga was one of the best employees she helped us so many times and she helped us to book a car to drive us to the airport, Mr.Su as well he helped us for some stuff we asked for related to our laggage. Everyone in the hotel was nice and kind the product furniture atmosphere 100% satisfied

Lots of space and really comfortable room. They offer kitchen utensils that we prepared some snacks before bed. The soundproof is good even though it’s closed to the station. The check-in procedure is all automatically so traveller need to make sure to check email carefully.

The best hotel we ever stayed in Japan. Would definitely recommend for people who wanted to stay in Osaka. Location was great, breakfast was delicious, hotel was clean, smelled good, they also have free soda station for the guest. The staff were also very nice and accommodation.

We loved the location. They left us a cute little gift in our refrigerator for our birthday and anniversary celebration. The whole stay was delightful. As a married couple, for 35 years, we found our twin beds in our near our room really fun.
