UDON na HOTEL 琴平 está muy bien situado en el barrio de Konpira Onsen, Kotohira, a 40 km de Liminal Air-core Takamatsu, a 41 km de Sunport Fountain y a 45 km de Asahi Green Park. UDON na HOTEL 琴平 was in a surprisingly good location. It was just 200m from the climb to Konpira-san temple, one of the most famous temples on Shikoku. It was a bit crazy as the narrow road is lined with souvenir shops and full of visitors but once in the hotel all was calm. The staff are absolutely lovely and even though their English and our Japanese was limited we managed fine. We were on the third and top floor of the hotel in a lovely suite with twin beds and a large sofa with coffee table. Everything was clean and new. The hotel was furnished in light coloured wood that flowed through to the breakfast area which also served free udon at 9pm. Hot and cold drinks were available throughout the day in this common area. Plenty of parking close by which is organised by the hotel.

いやし亭 心空 se encuentra en Naka, a 36 km de Estación de tren de Tokushima y a 12 km de Templo Tairyu-ji. After a long and strenuous hike through the mountains and visiting the temples, taking a ropeway down and walking a few meters to this inn is such a treat! The onsen-style bath was quite hot, the way I like it and really takes the day’s soreness away. All toiletries are provided as amenities so no need to worry! Coin laundry is the standard fair price, they have snacks for sale if you don’t want to go to the nearby convenience store (they have a bike you can use if you want). The room is the traditional tatami mat with ground seating and the room is quite spacious! The bed is more western-style in that they are raised with ample cushioning. The AC works really well and the room can be heated and cooled quickly. The host is very friendly and puts a lot of thought behind the guests’ experience. Overall, I really enjoyed this stay and will cherish the memory throughout the rest of my pilgrimage.

The person who received us was very welcoming and helpful, her English was very good. The property was charming and immaculate, an old Japanese type house in excellent condition and with all modern amenities. It was very well located and had an attached cafe where breakfast was served and you could also eat in the evening. The food was delicious.

Guest House BONITO, que está a 36 km de Daizen-ji Temple y a 36 km de Nishihama Park, ofrece habitaciones con aire acondicionado y baño compartido en Kochi. The guest house was.lovely, well organized, and very clean. I had a single room with shared bath. The room was basic, but very comfortable and clean. I would stay here again . It is easy to get to from the train station. Goggle makes it harder than it really is.

Kotori Coworking & Hostel Kotohira está muy bien situado en el barrio de Konpira Onsen, Kotohira, a 32 km de Kitahamaebisu Shrine, a 40 km de Liminal Air-core Takamatsu y a 40 km de Sunport Fountain. The staff was very helpful and nice. We had a good time. The room are basic but you have all you need. The plywood style is very trendy. The hostel have everything you need downstairs and it’s very clean.

ゲストハウスみんちゅう está en Sukumo, a 3,9 km de Sukumo City History Museum, y dispone de alojamiento con jardín, parking privado gratis y salón de uso común. We were travelling around on motorbikes and found this fantastic guesthouse, which was very clean, with spacious rooms and all amenities required within striking distance to Mt Aso. The owner was very helpful, even helping us book ferry tickets to Shikoku, and the attached Izakya had great food and atmosphere.

龍のお宿 es un alojamiento con wifi gratis y vistas al jardín que está en Nio. Esta casa o chalet tiene jardín y parking privado gratis. Básicamente nos sentimos totalmente tranquilos durante la noche que duró la estancia. Hay dos zonas bien marcadas de la estancia. Una tradicional, con tatamis y una bellísima decoración japonesa y otra, más actual. El entorno es muy tranquilo y el alojamiento muy limpio y reconfortante. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue excelente. Muy recomendable. Muchas gracias.
