My parents, Anab and Yasin, stayed at this hotel in Mombasa last November for an entire month, and it truly exceeded all expectations. This was their first trip together in 30 years, so the experience meant a lot to our family and thanks to this hotel, it became a memory they’ll cherish forever. From the moment they arrived, they felt safe, welcomed, and genuinely cared for. The security was excellent, the apartment was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing. Everything felt thoughtful and well organized, which made their long stay even more enjoyable. What truly stood out was the staff. Every single person they interacted with was kind, respectful, and attentive, but a few individuals deserve special recognition for going above and beyond. Kevin from security was always professional and reassuring. Dhababu was helpful, and welcoming throughout their stay. Mureithi ensured everything served was handled smoothly and reliably. Joyce, the room steward, was incredibly kind and thorough. Yussuf at reception was friendly, patient, and always welcoming. Chef Tolbert provided wonderful food and genuine hospitality, and Daniel, the supervisor, stood out for his professionalism, care, and presence. Their hospitality, smiles, and genuine care made my parents feel at home and truly appreciated. You can tell this is a place where guests are not just accommodated, but truly looked after. Thank you for giving my parents such a beautiful first trip together after so many years. We are deeply grateful and would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mombasa.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at these incredible cottages in Diani, Kenya, and our experience was nothing short of amazing. The moment we stepped onto the property, we were surrounded by lush gardens that set the tone for a relaxing getaway. The cottages themselves were lovely, with a warm swimming pool perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. What truly made our stay special was the friendly and helpful staff. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, making us feel right at home. The cottage was spacious and impeccably furnished, with every amenity thoughtfully provided to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The location was ideal, with a variety of restaurants, shopping malls, and of course the stunning Diani beach all within close proximity. We spent our days lounging on the beach and our evenings enjoying local cuisine, returning each night to our little slice of heaven. Our holiday at the cottages was truly relaxing and rejuvenating. The combination of the beautiful property, excellent staff, and prime location made for an unforgettable experience. We can't wait to return and do it all again. From the moment I arrived, Beba upgraded my room which was grest as the ocean view was fabulous. The room is spotless clean. Very elegantly decorated. Staff were very helpful. The villa is gorgeous. A few meters away from the beach. The private beach made my stay fantastic and ensured privacy. The pool was just the right spot to disconnect from the world. Breakfast was delicious and portions were huge. India and Gold ( the dogs 🐕) were definitely a huge plus. I loved their presence and played with them. The entire experience was very unique, authentic and relaxing 😌 I highly recommend it 👌 as a solo traveler, this felt do safe. Thank you Beba for taking care of things and understanding.

Wow wow wow!! Fiorella was by far the best place we stayed at in Diani Beach. It ticks all the boxes in terms of what you’re looking for in a place: great location, very safe, open-plan set up, amazingly comfortable bed, super clean and modern finishes. We stayed here for 4 nights but we wish we’d stayed here longer. All-round amazing. Special shout out Ali, Hope and Eghwa for their hospitality and warm welcomes!

Structure is new, rooms are big and very clean. It is close to the beach and swimming pool was great after a day outside. We used the personal chef and I can assure you top service. I would surely recommend it.
