Great location - stone's throw from the intercity bus station (not the express bus station - take a bus from Seoul East station instead of Express bus station in Seoul). Bus stop for Seoraksan right in front.

The location is also perfect - the bus stop to Seoraksan is nearby, the Sokcho promenade is within walking distance, and the area itself is quiet. Overall, thank you - it was an amazing stay!
