She was very friendly and helpful and answered all my questions. There were some complementary snacks: sugar-glazed almonds and two cartons with fruit juice. The apartment was large, spotlessly clean and had everything (a fully equipped kitchen, bathrobes (which were very om point, considering the fact the weather was very cold for the end of May, and it was a bit chilly in the evenings), a fridge with a freezer, a hair drier etc.) The neighbourhood is very safe (well, Urk IS a very safe city in general), there are two bakeries, a supermarket, a sweets store and a slaughter shop next door. The beach is a few minutes away by foot.

This was our first time stay and we loved every minute of it. Wim & Anja are fantastic hosts and so very friendly. The room, bath/bed linen & shared kitchen were clean and equipped with all amenities. The icing on the cake during our stay was waking up each morning to a tasty breakfast prepared with care. Location was perfect for us as we appreciate peace, nature and morning walks. The surrounding walking routes will be even more beautiful in the summer. We highly recommend this property. Loved the view from the tent. The tent felt very cozy and everything there for a short break . View of the birds each morning made us smile.

Everything was exactly as described and just like the pictures. The house is spacious, comfortable and perfectly suited for our group of nine people. The living room is large and cozy, with a warm atmosphere, a fireplace and 2 tables. The surrounding park is beautiful and quiet. Our stay was truly amazing. We spend four nights there with a great pleasure. The owner is very kind and responded immediately to all of our questions. I strongly recommend this house!
