Nestled between mountains and sea, Jumeirah Muscat Bay offers true tranquility and a great sense of escaping the everyday. The views from the hotel are wonderful. It’s a perfect combination of sea and mountains. The staff is super attentive and always available for anything. The hotel is a bit far from the city, but it has everything for you not to move if you don’t want to. We chose this destination for our honeymoon, and we couldn't be happier!

Everything was wonderful, from arrival to departure. The room was super comfortable and spacious with everything you need. The lounge happy hour had delicious food and a stunning view. All the staff who work there give their best to make you feel at home. They even gave us a little gift as a farewell gift. Muscat, I'll carry you in my heart. I'll be back.

Staff were friendly and accommodating. We were happy with our connecting rooms. Beautiful pool, nice and warm in December. Direct beach access to a lovely stretch of sand. Nice outdoor play area for kids with lawn games. Clean and spacious kids club. Large breakfast buffet with very nice choices. Great surprise to find the bowling alley at the property! Within walking distance of the Al Mouj marina, with great options for lunch or dinner. Highly recommended!

Perched dramatically on a clifftop overlooking the Gulf of Oman, Al Husn Hotel Muscat is an exclusive adults-focused retreat welcoming guests aged 16 and above. The STAFF was absolutely wonderful!!! I’d never been to a Shangri-La property before but do travel a lot and have seen many five star hotels so I can definitely say that they were amazing here. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and the service level was completely on point as well as the hospitality. I’ve worked with high level hotels for years so I have good reference and would highly recommend this hotel. We were sad to leave and will miss it. I almost didn’t want to post this review to keep it a secret but the staff absolutely deserves 10 STARS 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Set on a clifftop in the city center, Crowne Plaza Muscat features stunning panoramic city & sea views. Exceptional stay, breakfast was lovely, pool was super clean or I wouldn't have gone in and it was heated enough to make it nice! The hotel was clean and well kept. The weather in December was stunning. Most importantly, the staff was lovely and when my father and husband did not have the appropriate attire for the Opera House, the staff ran around looking for a tie, a suitcoat, a bowtie....anything that would elevate their clothes to Opera House standards. When they couldn't find anything, the Chief Operations Manager; Christoff, (not sure of title or proper spelling of name) was contacted and he came out with clothes from his PERSONAL CLOSET. Not joking! That is above and beyond. Seriously. Thank you to all the staff, we had a lovely time with our kids and the grandparents!
