It oozes tradition from its 3/4 pound iron key, traditional log cabin building, corner plaster fireplace. It was the most memorable place we stayed on our entire trip. Highly recommended.

The place was average - on par with the price. The location is quiet but a bit distance from everything. The wifi is much slower than my mobile Internet, but stable. The owners attitude was not nice at all!

Charming small cabin with a wonderful view of the lake. The cabin is located in a small settlement of approx 20 cabins, but as this cabin is located at the outskirts, you forget that there are other houses in the neighborhood. We got the code to open the door by message prior to arrival, super convenient. The cabin itself is well-designed, very nicely decorated (dalahäst theme) and practical. The room for the children with three bunk beds is really tiny, no storage space at all, but it worked. The master bedroom and the bathroom are surprisingly spacious. The kitchen is functional and even has a small but very efficient dishwasher (dishwasher tabs are not provided). The area is wonderful for all sorts of winter sports. We intended to do iceskating on the lake but unfortunately, the ice wasn't cleared for skating. We opted for cross-country skiing instead and were enchanted by the variety and the lovely countryside. A downhill skiing area is about 5 min away by car.

Stuga i Rättvik med utsikt över Siljan se află la aproximativ 8,6 km de Amfiteatrul Dalhalla și include vedere la lac, un balcon și un ibric electric. Perfect location, right by the lake which was perfect for fishing, a 20 minute walk from the centre of Rättvik and also close for Dalhalla which we also went to! And the home itself was beautiful, lovely and quiet and so cosy. Margetha is the best host we've had anywhere, she is so kind and there for anything you need. Look forward to staying here again in the future ☺️

From the moment I was welcomed into the premises by Jeanette and Micke's smiling faces and warmth, it took m by surprise just how much thought and care went into the smallest of details, whether it be the very lit up bar with a creative flair in spades, the NASA themed bathroom which was so dope, the clean and homely rooms or the spacious living area and everything in between. Superb service and the hosts were very hospitable and kind, and made it feel more like a getaway to a home away from home, which is rare these days, and I would definitely go back there for a longer period when I get the chance! Highly recommend to anyone who's going towards the area or for a concert at Dalhalla like I did!

We really liked the private sauna and the owners of the hotelletje are really welcoming. Also great WiFi and many places to relax. Location is also perfect for hiking.

Beautifully furnished, a small house that gives a cozy, home-like feeling. It is located in a very peaceful area. The host is kind, the accommodation is next to their own home, they answered our questions immediately. There are several heating options in the house, so the temperature is easy to adjust and it warms up quickly. A ski slope is nearby.

Lillhuset Norr Sälens By se găsește în localitatea Sälen din regiunea Dalarna și include un patio. Very nice, clean & fully equipped kitchen. Cute house. It is so nice that we extended our stay for another 3 nights.
