Everything - exceptional service, great location! The owner is incredibly accommodating. Offers moped hire too. Lovely breakfast. Access to Bang Bao beach is just a few minutes walk away, and there is a good selection of restaurants within a walking distance - couple of minutes to main road. Moped hire is helpful but not absolutely necessary. Owner happy to assist with booking tours / transfers too. Little villa style rooms have private balcony area. A/C and refrigerator in the room too. Fresh water supplied daily. Owner will also arrange laundry if needed - small charge of 60 bhat per kilo - which is great value. Cannot compliment this property enough, and I would happily recommend, and will return! PS had an early start, owner opened restaurant early so I could have breakfast before I left - now that's hospitality! 5 Stars!!!

I had a very pleasant stay at Koh Kood Garden House while traveling alone with my daughter. The bungalow is beautiful and set in a lush, peaceful garden filled with peacocks, chickens, and birds — a truly special and calming place. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning, especially the fresh fruit and freshly pressed juices. There were also Thai dishes on the menu, which we appreciated. The welcome was warm and genuine, and cleaning was absolutely perfect every day. I also really liked the eco-friendly approach throughout the place. The only small thing for us was that the sofa bed for my daughter was a bit firm. I would also like to mention — not as criticism, but simply as a personal observation — that there is a slightly German atmosphere, which makes sense as the place is owned by Chris and Johnny, and many of the books I noticed in the restaurant/reception area were in German. Many guests clearly enjoy this, and it’s done very nicely; for me personally, it’s just a fine balance, as I usually travel to Thailand seeking a more local and traditional feel. This is very much a matter of personal preference. Everyone was kind, helpful, and always smiling. They helped with scooter rental, laundry, beach towels, and anything we needed. Overall, it’s a beautiful, well-kept place with a calm, welcoming atmosphere, and we felt very well taken care of.

The place is beautiful, so clean, so cute, delicious breakfast, amazing location. And most of all: the owners of this place and their family are the sweetest persons with the most beautiful smiles! I was travelling with my 1 year old, they gave me rides to the most beautiful beach ever, their brother has this amazing small beach bar there, my daughter slept 3 times in his hammock. He brought us back by car. So so sweet. I can't wait to once return to this place.

Gumm and Jeang are the most gracious and kind hosts ever. Their unique and magnificent place is unlike any other. Walking out our door and looking over the mangrove river is remarkable. Reading in the hammock, fishing with a new friend, eating the most splendid fresh breakfast served at your convenience as you wake and get moving. Gumm had scooters available for us to get around the island every single day. Jaeng's tips on where to snorkel were spot on! Our last night their was our anniversary and Gumm recommended a restaurant owned by his friend's family. IT DID NOT DISSAPOINT. What a wonderful stay with wonderful people on a wonderful island. I cannot recommend Gumm Lonely more highly. Thank you Jaeng and Gumm!

The area is quiet.

Loki Baan - Seaside Jungle Villa Experience se găsește în Ko Kut, la câțiva pași de Plaja Khlong Hin, și oferă WiFi gratuit, o grădină și parcare privată gratuită. One of our best stays in Thailand. Koh Kood is lacking a quality establishments that are not fancy resorts with inflated prices, so we are so happy that we managed to find Leo's house. The location is spectacular, in the middle of the coconut field, surrounded by nature. A few minutes on foot to the nearest beach and a couple of more walking distance. Leo helped us to rent a motorbike that is essential as you are quite far from the main road and shops. But that is one of the things we liked the most, the calmness and privacy. In the house we had everything we might have needed and more, Leo provided us with essentials as well as bottled water, which was nice 🙂 The adjustable desk is a game changer if you are working remotely, the wifi was sometimes a bit shaky but we were working without major issues and we know the host is planning on improving in this regard. Leo takes pride in developing this place so by the time you get there it will be even more awesome with more plants and utilities. We loved the island and a big part of that was thanks to Leo and his place, already looking forward to coming again.

Stayed here for 3 nights, wish I could stay longer! Met some very nice people here. Once I was inside the camp side, I already felt the coziness and got a coffee from the owner. We ate together every night. We went on a fishing trip, watched the sunset and partyed in the bars. The best of times!!
