Also das citizenM in Boston war mit Abstand das beste Hotel in den USA in denen ich bisher übernachtet habe. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, sehr modern eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Der Blick auf den Charles River war einfach traumhaft. Die coolen Lichteffekte im Zimmer waren genial. Die Lage war super und das Personal sehr freundlich.

It’s really hard to make me happy. But finally, I found an exceptional hotel where I was completely satisfied and couldn’t find any negatives. First of all, in my comments I noted about my sleep issues and required the quiet room. For two nights I didn't hear a single noise. They made sure that we don't have neighbors and provided us away from the elevators. Secondly, we haven't seen any housekeeping neither in the floor nor in our room. But every single time we returned, it was cleaned, and they brought us some sweet treats, which made my 7-year-old boy very happy. Thirdly, the receptionist, the concierge, and the bell staff were extremely kind and helpful. The bell staff opened the door, helped with luggage, and asked if we needed any assistance each time. The very first moment, one of them politely asked if it was our first time and gave directions to the check-in floor. Also, the person who checked us in did his best, and we were able to check in early. He kindly offered to hold our bags while we took a quick walk to Totte across the road. I was happy and satisfied. I travel a lot and often.

Schönes Hotel mit sehr großen Zimmern. Es gibt viel Stauraum, Regale und Fächer, auch im Badezimmer, eine kleine voll ausgestattete Küche, einen großen Kühlschrank. Ebenso sind Shampoo, Duschgel und Bodylotion in großen Flaschen vorhanden. Das Zimmer ist geschickt aufgeteilt in Wohn- und Schlafraum. Parken ist kostenfrei und es gibt ein Frühstück - für amerikanische Verhältnisse gut, allerdings schmeckt der Kaffee nicht. Wir haben abends noch draußen gesessen an der Feuerstelle. Sehr gut angebunden, das Outlet ist in 5 Minuten erreichbar und das Gillette Stadion in 20. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

The place was very cozy and it was close to all the beaches. Everything in the cottage was right at your fingertips and the bed was very comfortable. We'll be planning to stay again soon. It made an early birthday getaway spectacular.

To begin with, the location is lovely. Other hotels and motels are all set right by the road. The East Rock inn is set at the end of the long driveway in a much quieter, green area with a nice lawn with chairs to relax. The check-in process is super easy. I find it very relaxing not having to deal with staff. The code to your door also gives you access to a common room with some amenities. The room was modern, clean, spacious, and quiet. The beds were comfortable and the room had all the amenities that you needed like fridge, safe and kettle.
