Located in Montevideo, MedioMundo Hostel offers comfortable rooms with free WiFi access. The property is 50 metres from Rodo Square and 300 metres from the coast. It was such a great stay, characterful and comfortable building with great facilitues and super helpful staff. The courtyard and patio are nice to chill in. They sell sim cards and laundry which makes things easy. If i could give seven stars i would!

Hotel located right across the road from a huge shopping center. Close to the beach. Especially suitable for sleeping and walking. Clean, comfortable hotel. Breakfast is okay (with vegetables and fruits). Excellent location for those looking for shopping and lots of pubs and restaurants on the street. This area is better than the old city and the port. A newer area is more modern and more sympathetic.

Very central location but still quiet. Nice patio even though you are in the city center. Clean. We liked that they provided a.o. some tea, coffee and alfajores. Very friendly staff.

I like the cleanness of the room, well-functioned kitchen, the privacy, the location and best of all: the host. She and her husband are so friendly and accommodated hosts i've ever met.

Puertovideo se află în Montevideo, la 7 minute de mers pe jos de Piața Independencia și la 500 m de Teatrul Solis. Everything perfect. They have inside parking which is great. The guy at the desk (forgot his name) is very helpful and nice and it speaks english. I think is the first time I can speak in english with someone in South America. Excellent price/quality.

Very easy to check in/out, host replied promptly and was very approachable and offered clear instructions. Dark blinds, hot shower and comfortable bed and sofa/bed. Kitchen was modern and well equipped. Flat is super new and well maintained. Avenue was busy (can’t park along it) but not too noisy. Terrace with barbecue was a plus, we loved it! Great for a stay with 2 kids, I’ll definitely come back. Thanks, Alejandro!
