Anything and anything to be sent to the room is conveniently ordered through an app. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool and indoor jacuzzi are great. The location was great if you are looking to stay in the middle of the casinos and malls. If you want to explore the Macao city center, you can always take the free shuttle to another hotel on the other side of the bridge and a taxi from there (cheap and can be paid in HKD). Staff was also friendly when called upon. Room was great.

They also sent us a snack pack, a fruit dish and a souvenir bear which my daughter really loved. During our stay, all the staff that we met are very friendly and helpful, the shuttle bus also makes traveling convenient. The hotel is very close to the fishman’s harbour, and the Guia lighthouse as well. I will recommend the hotel to other visitors to Macau.
