Staff were super friendly, meals were traditional Japanese style. Room was very spacious, vending machines available. Great views of mountains from the room, very quiet and peaceful. Good location for cable car and ropeway.

The location was great, just by the main Hakone-Yumoto Station, allowing you to get to different attractions directly with nearby trains and buses. Staff were friendly and communication was no problem with translation machine. Family-run business so it was old-fashioned Japanese style rooms, onsen plus yukata for the whole experience. One of the cheaper and convenient options to experience a stay in Hakone.

Great location off the main streets of hakone but still close to everything. Perfect for a budget stay while the generous double-bed capsule style rooms offer way more privacy than a typical hostel, which was great. The shared bathroom and kitchen was always clean and the staff were friendly.

The common area was comfortable and friendly and the rooms were quite spacious for capsules. The food was also very tasty and a good option when restaurants closed early. They also let us leave our luggage before and after check in which was very convenient.

I stayed in a double room capsule hotel here and found the overall hotel to be very beautiful, especially the lounge area. I had a bad cough and asked one of the staff late at night if there was anywhere I could get medicine. The staff told me that there was nowhere at this time, but then gave me cough drops that she had for herself which I found to be really nice. The location of the hotel is very convenient for people looking to explore the main attractions of the Hakone area.

Location near the main attractions of Yokohama and very conveniently close to the metro entrance. Since we booked a larger room, the roomsize was excellent, but unfortunaltely there was no view from the room! Breakfast was mainly Japanese, but there were some western items, so that was just fine for everybody. Staff was friendly and professional.

Super cute guesthouse, staff were amazing and so friendly and helpful, the house was super clean and tidy, real authentic Japanese feel to it, would love to come back here! Super good for the price, so close to the beach and could rent bicycles for so cheap for the day to explore

The price was good. the location was good for where I needed to be in Yokohama for a couple days. Capsule hotels like this are great for traveling on a budget, only staying couple nights in one location and moving on to the next.
