It is very clean and comfortable, the staff were helpful and friendly, the location is also easy to find. If I go to Sendai in the future, I will choose it again.

It's not a tourist hotel, so the staff doesn't speak English, but they are still very helpful and make sure that your stay is comfortable. Included with the price is free access to the bathhouse, which has both hot and cold baths. They provide you with fresh towels and pajamas every day, and the inside the capsule is a little TV as well. There's also a large collection of manga in the lounge, and the location is directly across from the station. If you are in the area, or just looking for a place to stop-over on your trip between Tokyo and Sendai, I definitely recommend this place!!
