The car was clean and comfortable.
Very long queues when picking up the car. The counters are shared with other rental companies and we had to wait almost an hour... The car itself was fine, but the radio did not work!!

Easy pick up and drop off.
We had booked a Peugeot 2008 as we needed the boot space for 4 large suitcases. Was given an Audi A3 & couldn't get all 4 suitcases in the boot.
Uncomfortable 2 hour ride to our destination for 2 passengers in the back with a suitcase between them, in hot weather.

Great experience. As we pre-booked, the paperwork was ready, with easy to follow instructions. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the car was brand new.
Having one queue for both pre-booked and walk-ins lengthened the wait unnecessarily. A preferential lane for pre-booked vehicles would have been great.
