Well-equipped kitchen, clean room, great place for families

A very nice modern and clean hotel that were able to accommodate us at very short notice

Nice hotel 4stars or 5stars, I will be here next time come to Banff town.

No breakfast at the facility. The pool was out of order, but they were upfront with that when I confirmed my reservation

The welcome at reception to the cleaning of the room was exceptional service. Could not fault it.

The hot tub, smore kits and the breakfast were all wonderful

Had the opportunity to stay in an upgraded lodge with a fireplace. The Jacuzzi is amazing because it’s on the outside and the fireplace every night kept this warm. I want to propose to my fiancé and had help from the staff, Joseph and Ryan. Both are great and helping me plan this surprise proposal. Definitely recommend Ryan’s photos as they came out amazing.

Everything here was absolutely fantastic from the service and staff to the accommodations themselves. The cabin was perfectly outfitted and incredibly comfy. Not to mention our dinner at the restaurant which was absolutely incredible and left us planning to come back sometime as soon as we can!

Location perfect to access downtown Banff. Parking included. Comfortable and roomy.

We had an amazing experience with Brewster Mountain Lodge! Our first booking had to be canceled because our flight was canceled just six hours before departure. Brewster Mountain Lodge was incredibly helpful and understanding. They gave us a full refund without any hassle. We were so grateful for their kindness during a stressful time. Thankfully, we got a second chance to visit Banff, and of course, we booked again at Brewster Mountain Lodge. Our stay was fantastic! The room was cozy and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious. It truly felt like a comforting meal made by mom. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and the lady at the breakfast nook was especially kind and welcoming. Overall, we absolutely loved our experience at Brewster Mountain Lodge. We feel so lucky to have stayed there and are already looking forward to our next visit!

The hot spring was nice and the space was romantic. My room’s view was awesome

The best accommodation we stayed in Canada. Super central to bus stops, bow lake and banff shops. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The reception area has a free hot drinks station (tea, coffee, hot water) which was a life saver when we were heading out super early in the morning to the lakes. The breakfast! Honestly the best hotel breakfast we have ever had in our lives, I'll be dreaming about the potato tots for a long time.

Elkhorn Lodge is lovely accommodation with great character in a beautiful peaceful location only a few minutes walk to the centre of Banff. Katrin sent us excellent directions to the property and there is plenty of parking on site. It is spotlessly clean and the kitchen is very well equipped. It is also very spacious with areas to sit outside in the garden. When we arrived JP was working on the finishing touches of the Outdoor Tub which is in a lovely situation.
