Location, staff services and accommodation/ facilities are very good. The point that the hotel offered a private parking space was also a very good thing (even though you needed to pay some extra fee). The stay at the room was very quite. Also, the Staff attentions are so good, because they are good listeners and explains everything very in detail.

Amazing week! The room was comfortable with the fireplace, the fridge and the microwave. It was spacious and 5 minutes from the center of Banff (by car). We tried The Prow and really enjoyed our meal. We'll be back for sure!

I would sincerely appreciate the customer service and manager. We had opted for superior room. But Booking.com does not mentioned which type of room we had selected. We were three adult and it was very difficult to accommodate in one room. The management was very co operative and they allocated additional room.
