Excellent location for skiing and very clean. Didn’t meet staff but any support we needed was dealt with quickly via messaging. Only issue we had was hot water.. there wasn’t enough for 5-people but we did manage to get this sorted so only struggled first day or so. Would be a good idea to have constant hot water rather than having to switch it each morning - just a recommendation. Our overall experience was not affected we are an easy going family and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Just as an after thought - there is WiFi - previous reviews said there isn’t so pleasant surprise and good connection. Would recommend and would definitely look to rebook if heading back to Chatel.
