Set on the banks of the Zambezi River, Caprivi River Lodge offers accommodation in Katima Mulilo. Stores and amenities are available in Katima Mulilo, 2.3 km away. All units include a seating area.

Very relaxed and laid back place right on the river. Garden grounds with lots of bird life right out the door. The management of the property is now Caprivi Adventures tour company, so previous issues with management probably don’t apply. As they are part of a tour company, it’s easy to arrange activities. I had two exceptional birding outings on the river with Riian during my stay.

Our room (Deluxe Chalet) was comfortable and modern. You would not expect such a nice room when you drive in. The small restaurant is also recommended because of the good and nice cook. As it is located about 6 km out of Katima it is n o t recommended for travellers without a car.
