Fantastic views from the cottages above the farm house over the whole farm and valley. Lovely host, gave us great hints about where to eat out or leisure activities. Great cottages, very clean and well equipped. Looooved stargazing at night when it was nearly totally dark.

Everything was superb, the comfort and luxury of each lodge, outstanding food exceptional friendly staff. Charles who took us out on the game drives was exceptionally knowledgeable about the animals as well as the flora and fauna., and we had closer viewings of 4 of the big 4. We only missed seeing a leopard. This was a stay that will leave a lifetime of memories.

What an Amazing place! Even with Loadshedding, we didnt feel it - they have loadshedding lights, so you never in darkness as well as a gas stove for during those times! Breathtaking views! The owners were very hospitable and kind. A+++

Escape the hustle and bustle and enjoy this magnificent little kloof! We slept peacefully, time slowed down incredibly, and the amazing surrounding mountains contributed to a sense of retreat. Jurgen (host) was also very friendly and helpful but also gave us our space to be away from the people.

The moment we arrived at White Lion Lodge we were spoilt. The accommodation is gorgeous, with many thoughtful touches such as personalised water bottles and luxury toiletries. I celebrated a big birthday 2 days prior to our visit and was surprised with an amazing cake, bubbles and chocolates. The staff are the shining stars of White Lion Lodge. A warm friendly welcome from the hosts, and a comfortable stay. Great location to walk about town, or just to sit in the garden and enjoy the view. Hosts went out of their way to show me where to go on maps and make recommendations for restaurants.
