We loved the friendly, informative and welcoming staff. Felt like family from arrival to departure. The security appeared manacing but once you approach him, he was very professional and warm in his approach. The breakfast is hearty, warm and delicious. A breakfast lovers tranquility. The family room is a bit cramped and needs less kitchenette space but a bit more wardrobe cupboard space. So the beds are extra fresh, best beds EVER in SA. I travel for work a lot and have in some places opted to sleep on the floor.
