He was really helpful and answered any Q's we had very quickly. He also sorted us with Summer cards and mobility cards which saved us so much money as the cards make travelling and doing lots of the local activities free, including travelling up the Kitzsteinhorn and Schmittenhöhe, using the lidos, boat trips on lake Zell and using the indoor pool. Spacious chalet, well equipped, handy location.
