You have a dedicated parking space for your car with a charging station for EV, which was very convenient for our group. The villa is fully equipped with everything you may need, there are great outdoor cats you can pet if you are a fan, a nice patio for relaxing evenings and privacy so that you can fully enjoy your stay and relax. We are for sure booking it again for a longer stay as it was an amazing experience worth having again.

Our stay in Bansko was absolutely wonderful and a complete success! Lee and Danielle are truly exceptional hosts—they are incredibly attentive and carry so much warmth and love in their hearts. They made sure we were perfectly looked after and had everything we could possibly need. A special mention must go to Danielle, who is an exceptionally talented cook; her meals were a highlight of our trip. Also, the bus transfer to and from the gondola is a fantastic and very important service that made our stay so much easier. Bansko is a place with great nature and the Chalet is a nice and cozy accommodation with some great small services.

The place has almost everything you could need in a home. Air conditioning, electric heaters, a cleaning robot, and even two refrigerators (I especially loved the blue one 😊). There’s a big TV and Netflix as well. The mountain view and the fireplace make it even better — what more could you ask for? 😁 There is also a free spa service on the ground floor of the building. Parking is not an issue at all, and there’s a supermarket just 100–150 meters downhill with more affordable prices than the city center. We would definitely choose this place again for our next visit. Thank you, Natalie, for your great communication, support, and kindness.

Really nice studio, warm, stylish with scandinavian simpliciy. All amenities are in place. We stayed there 4 nights and I can tell I won't look for another place next time we are in Bansko. We had a really nice rest and are already looking forward to returning.
