Fabulous apartment - absolutely immaculate. Lovely owner Marco who gave very good advice and booked a restaurant for us. Huge airy rooms with very comfy beds. Well stocked fridge with Prosecco, meats, cheeses, yoghurts etc. Very easy for walking Livorno.

The facility is in a spacious garden, so it is most peaceful and quiet. Virginia was a most caring and attentive host and went the proverbial mile. The bed can be folded into a couch by day, making the facility more usable for day to day living. This sets it apart.
