Good location, 10-12' on foot from river (Ponte Vechio), cafe, bakery, fast food and other amenities nearby. Spacious, clean, well equiped rooms. Parking next to the building of the appartment with 10 euros/day. Safe streets. Would choose it again.

Matteo was an excellent host. There was great communication before our arrival as well as during our stay. The apartment is very well located, close to the Campo di Marte station and walkable to the historic city centre, in a safe neighbourhood. The interiors were fantastic and the flat itself was very spacious, easily able to accommodate around 6-7 people. There are 2 principal bedrooms and 2 more smaller bedrooms in the basement. There was a charming garden as well. We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights, and we had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Matteo gave us some restaurant suggestions too, and left some guidebooks in the apartment to help us plan our stay in Florence. Would definitely recommend that you stay here! Thank you Matteo 😸😸

Very nice and clean apartament with lovely terrace. Very comfortable beds. We were very pleased to stay there as a family with two little kids. The backyard was nice to be watched from the windows and to let the kids to run a little.
