There’s even a bbq hut but we didn’t use it. Friendly hosts and lots of peace and quiet.

Complimentary tea/coffee available all day. Good spot for hiking and northern lights (if weather permits). Must be fantastic in winter.

Staying at Holmen Husky is an experience far away from staying at an ordinary hotel. We want our guests to get closer to nature and to get a taste of what it is like to live close to the elements. Lovely small room. We stayed here 2 nights and this was the perfect amount to experience the area and lodge properly. Fantastic staff and lovely evening meals. Obviously, the highlight is the 50+ dogs on the property!

10 km from Alta City and 500 metres from Alta River lies Trasti & Trine Boutique Hotel. Surrounded by forest, the location offers good hiking, skiing and biking trails straight from the cottage door. Thanks so much for the wonderful memories The Radderud cabin was amazing! My kids loved the huskies and the dogsledding experience here. Everyone at Trasti & Trine here was so friendly and thoughtful. Highly recommend to stay here!
