1) the host: she was so nice and helpfull and she was here for every my need and she was always with smile and nice energy 2) cleaness: If the raiting for cleaness is from 1 to 10, l will give 11 (very, very, very clean 👏👏👏) 3) comfortable: the bad was so comfortable so you will fall a sleap immidiatly and wake up rest and redy for the day 4) the apartment have everything that you need from sampoon to solt and pepper and you have good welcome with water and soft cold drink 5) location: more then perfect and close to everything dont miss the chance if you are in Gorna Orahovitza to book this property... I know that I will back for sure!

Unfortunately I was unable to stay, however the owner was so lovely and understanding. I would recommend this hotel, as it was very clean and the room was warm and large.

The lady who received us was very friendly and the room surpassed our expectations by far. She was happy to let us leave our luggage at the hotel after checkout time until the afternoon. She even gave us local currency for the bus.The location is great for the centre of town, although it has to be said that Gorna Oryahovitza does not offer much apart from bragging rights for having spent a night in a town that very few people have ever heard of. It is, however a great place to stay cheaply and take the no10 bus to Vileka Tarnovo which is really worth a visit.

There was no breakfast. No food available at the hotel but within a short walking distance. The hotel is outside the city and bordered with a large forest with walking trails and nearby monestary. I enjoyed the natural surroundings and quietness of the hotel. Walking to the restaurant, there is a large park on the way to town center.

The room was spacious, very clean, no issues with the very large and comfortable bed. The view is very nice, it is quiet and you can have a very restful stay. We also had the sauna in the room, which worked very well, getting hot quite fast and also it was very clean inside and smelled very nice. Bathroom is very spacious, clean and no problems with any of the facilities. The pool and pool area was well kept, clean and again very nice. Breakfast was included for this stay, buffet-type with plenty of options for most tastes and preferences; also the restaurant is very nicely decorated, clean and maintained very well. Also, there is a very nice italian restaurant in the Villa location
