The accommodation is in a silent street, easy to get the railway station (20 min walk). The accommodaton is well-equipped, the hosts were very kind.

It is a nice and quite big apartment all furnished, with an oven, microwave, and stoves. We also found shower gel and towels. You can easily find a parking spot in front of it. The owners are kind and they gave us suggestions on where to eat nearby, they speak Czech, and the son speaks also English. They trashed the garbage twice in our 8 nights stay.

Great Kulajda soup in the restaurant. We were offered Tiramisu during breakfast as all the pancakes were already gone. Yummy.

We stayed at apartman u Kocky when we visited macocha abyss and punksva caves. The farm was so nice, we saw the sheep, ducks, bees and made friends with the cute chubby family dog. The family was so lovely- Zlatka kept checking in on us to make sure we were warm and comfortable. We visited the cave area each day we were there, and one of the days she drove us to Blankso to catch the bus. Although she did not speak English it was no problem with Translate app, and we had contact with her any time we needed help. In this area of Czech republic it is hard for English speaking travellers to navigate the public transport system and we found her help invaluable. We loved this area to stay- perfect for visiting the caves which were absolutely worth the visit. It was a much nicer option than staying in Blankso. The farm was 1min walk from the train station, regular trains go to Blankso- 2 stops. Then there is a bus depot and the train station where there is an hourly bus to reach the caves and abyss. The supermarket was a very short walk from Blankso train station, so we bought food we needed each day. The caves and the walks in the area were great. But the best thing was staying on the family farm and being treated with such care by kind and friendly people. They treated us like their family. Thankyou Zlatka, and thanks to your lovely husband and son,(he took the time to show us his bee hives.)

Penzion u Hrabenky is a very special place to stay nearby a very special, culturally and geologically area of central Europe. We liked the facilities, food and staff very much. And we visited amazing caves, and learned about the history of the area

Spacious, comfortable and has everything we needed for our stay. It is just a short drive away from many supermarkets as well as the moravian karst. Would highly recommend staying there.

Comfortable and very clean apartments. Quiet place, birds singing around in the night. Restaurant available, our meals were very tasty. Free parking on the street is available.
