Breakfast was not included, the location was excellent, the host was very helpful, you could see the cross in the pines from the dining area window. It was on the ground floor which was very suitable to my needs.

We liked Pat, the owner. He is a knowledgeable and generous host who let us into his little oasis in the mountains. The home is beautiful and spacious as are all the rooms. We slept with windows wide open and listened to the river on its journey to the Sea. Very relaxing. In the end it would be Pat and his company for which we would return for another visit. Stayed for one night but it felt much longer and we were sad to leave.
