Customer service is really attentive and helpful, 5/5. The accomodation really exceeded our expectations, everything is new and well thought to make our stay as comfortable as possible, having in mind that it is located in the countryside (a little but pretty village) it counts on all the ammenities of an urban flat. In addition, its location makes it a very convenient starting point for visiting the several landmarks around and the city of Ponferrada as well (only 10 min away). Cleaning and overall state of the accomodation is excellent.

The whole place, not only the room, is really inspiring. Wherever you walk, there are nice cute ideas combining different elements, old interruptors, reusing things to make other things, etc. It is an incredible place for artists. The views from the room and the surroundings are fantastic. The girl who was in charge was super nice. She prepared a customised breakfast for us.

We booked a room in last minute for a night, on our way home. It was such a lovely surprise. The hosts are charming, and the dinner, a 3-courses meal was amazing. It was special to spend such a nice evening in the garden, with other guests, and enjoy the meal, nature, conversations. I hope to return one day.

Excellent apartment, very well equipped, impeccably clean and comfortable. The owner Cristina gave us all the directions on how to get there and valuable suggestions on what to visit in the region. The location is very beautiful and peaceful, next to the awesome Embalse de Peñarrubia - perfect for those who want to visit Las Medulas or simply some peace and quiet! The Wi-Fi internet is quite fast.
