The property was amazing just what we needed and more, the host was amazing with communication before and during our stay, as we were only using the property for a base to sleep as we were out all day it was a perfect place to stay and we look forward to booking again

En-suite room and breakfast room spotless, bed very comfortable and excellent cooked breakfast provided. On site car park provides ample off road parking. I am more than happy to recommend to others and would stay at this location again. Of note I stayed at this location as I was attend an event at the NEC and found it very convenient as the station was only a couple of hundred yard from the B&B and it was under a 10 min train ride to the NEC.
