Very nice location. Good shops and eateries within walking distance when too tired to cook. The house itself in easy reach of Lincoln, in a quiet neighborhood with very friendly neighbours. Excellent facilities in the house with an excellent kitchen and a comfy looking sitting room ( we didn't actually use the sitting room. The dining area was perfectly adequate for us.) Will definitely consider staying there again!

Arrived at the Loudor and filled out my cooked breakfast request with what ever I wanted. The room was so quiet and the bed super comfy! Breakfast the next day was amazing! It was such a surprise to be served by a talking robot- loved every minute of it. There were plenty of cereals to eat, the cooked breakfast was excellent quality and the owner Wendy was so friendly. The parking is free and the hotel was super clean and felt just so safe which is important to me as a single traveller.

A bed and breakfast like we wanted one. Great hosts, beautiful English old house and a fabulous homemade breakfast. Only 12-20 minutes by car from Lincoln University.

The room was stunning and the bathroom was to die for. Spotlessly clean. Every detail has been thought about. Breakfast was delicious and made from local produce or homemade. Anthony and Siobhan were lovely hosts and we felt very welcomed.

Excellent breakfast in the morning. The menu and carvery is also good for the price. The Windmill Farm is not far from the city centre which is easily accessible by the ring road. The staff are friendly and polite and for sure will visit again when I am staying in the area.

This is a real find: well equipped, spotless, and extremely handy for RAF Waddington or Lincoln (easy access onto the main road into Lincoln - 15 minute drive or regular buses). The bungalow is very comfortable, warm (I was there during a storm and it felt very cosy inside) and there are lots of thoughtful touches, such as slippers in the bedroom. Breakfast items are provided, as well as cold drinks in the fridge and a box of chocolates. The owner was extremely helpful and texted to ensure I had everything I needed.

The lodge was very impressive and the hosts had left a lovely hamper for us to enjoy, wonderful attention to detail and the lodge had everything you could possibly need. Would definitely stay again.
