The place is very clean, and modern, had everything we needed to feel at home. The communication was great and super easy and the host was very hospitable. The whole place made us feel at ease. The neighbourhood is very conveniently located, near shops and a children 's park close by. Would absolutely recommend staying there when in Spalding.

After being let done by another booking 2 hours before was due to arrive. Made this booking while traveling down there, and it was brilliant. Communication was amazing, bed comfy, facilities was great, spotless clean, breakfast perfect,needed an iron and no problem provided within a minute. thoughtful self made information on local.walks etc.

The hotel was located in a good position for where we needed to be. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was extremely comfortable. I requested a low floor with walk in shower due to my wife recently having a new hip fitted, this was granted. There was enough tea, coffee and milk. Receptionist was very polite and helpful when booking in.
