The house was what we needed. It is between the nearby beaches, easy to reach. The patio and the 2 bathrooms are a big plus. There are tavernas with traditional food, if you want to eat outside

My recent stay at this charming wooden cottage nestled in the tranquil Cretan countryside was nothing short of idyllic. Set away from the hustle and bustle of city life and the usual tourist spots, it offers the perfect balance of seclusion and accessibility. The attractions and the sea are conveniently reachable, ensuring that you are not too isolated from the vibrant local life. The cottage itself, though compact, exudes a warm and inviting atmosphere, making it an exceptionally cozy place to live. Each morning and evening, I had the pleasure of dining outdoors in the garden, enjoying meals while gazing out at the rolling hills dotted with olive groves and the distant sea—pure bliss. The outdoor fire pit added a rustic touch to my evenings, perfect for grilling local produce under the starlit sky. One of the highlights was undoubtedly the alfresco cold-water shower, which provided a refreshing and almost ethereal experience under the moon's glow. The hosts were incredibly hospitable, eager to share their knowledge of the area and point out hidden gems that enhanced my visit.

The house was fully equipped with eveything you need. Very big sleeping room, very big balcony. The view was great: sitting in the jacuzzi and enjoying the sunset was a special experience....The only thing you heard was an owl. The host is very friendly and helpfull ( and very active). The boiler did not work at arrival, but was repaired/replaced within 24 hours.

La casa è molto grande e accogliente, con una fantastica terrazza. Vero relax tra gli alberi e i fiori, comoda per vedere le spiagge più belle di Creta. La nonna è molto ospitale e comunicativa anche se parla solo il greco, ci ha deliziato offrendoci delle specialità cretesi e i prodotti dell'orto. Siamo stati molto bene!

Ottimo appartamento, pulito e confortevole, completo di ogni attrezzatura. Bella terrazza con un bel panorama. Posizione ottima per esplorare le spiagge e i luoghi dell'ovest. Anche Topolia è un bel paesino.
