Comfortable and very clean house with spacious rooms. The house is new and modern with all the amenities you'll need. They provided a nice collection of coffee and teas and the owner even came over one day with a bag full of grapes from his own vineyard! Would absolutely recommend!

the owner was really great even he doesn’t speak English he read minds:), every time when we was thinking of something he bring it to us,really nice place in the middle of the island where you wake up with the sound of the rooster and the sound of the birds, quite nice and relaxing, you have all the necessity here even more that you don’t think that you need them. U have also a big garden to spend time there if you want.

Nemmeno se mi soffermo a pensare non riesco a trovare un difetto nella struttura, nell'accoglienza, nel luogo.. E' stato tutto impeccabile. Ho trascorso una settimana con qualche amico ed il mio ragazzo nell'appartamento di piano terra, avevamo una bella terrazza a disposizione con un grande tavolo, la piscina a tutte le ore del giorno e della notte per darsi una bella rinfrescata e le sdraio per rilassarsi dopo una lunga giornata fuori. E' davvero difficile rientrare dalle ferie dopo un soggiorno qui, svegliarsi la mattina e non poter più godere dell'incredibile panorama sull'isola e di un bel tuffetto rigenerante! Dare un 10 è quasi poco, complimenti ai gestori!

This property was very well decorated, clean and it has everything you can think of. Fully equipped kitchen, lots of hot water, lots of room, towels, linens, TV and on sits parking. The Villa is a little secluded but that worked well for our family as we enjoyed the quiet nights sitting on the veranda. Ismini, the owner’s daughter welcomed us and she was very informative and sweet. Her and her dad came to see us off on our last day. The hospitality was incredible as the fridge had beer, water and there was a special appetizer ready for us when we arrived. The nearest beach town is bout 10 mins away. Planos is a nice town, very busy at night. In our opinion, Tsilivi beach was the best beach for families. It was sandy with no rocks and very shallow so you can walk out pretty far. Even though the Villa is a little off the path, there is a cafe less than 5 minutes walking and a small restaurant that is very affordable and open late. All in all, this Villa was perfect for us and we had a wonderful time in Zakinthos.

Wonderful location within an olive Grove in the village Vougiato, a beautiful new house with all amenities and material provided by the owner for a causy and relaxed vacation. Clean house, spacious rooms, excellent bathrooms and beds, clean sheets, towels, and even towels for swimming. Many small details like frozen food or spices, bottled water and coffee, flat tv screens, wifi, a/c, private parking, and all electrical white appliances fullfiled our outmost expectations for our staying. Peaceful area in the center of the island, but close to all destinations. Kallianna is a wonderful person who was ready to assist us whenever it was needed, and she did her best to provide information and tips for a pleasant stay. We stayed only 3 days, but we felt like home, we treated the place alike, and we strongly recommend it for those they love comfort during their vacations. Thank you Kallianna for such a pleasant vacation.
