Amazing place! We had a really fun day at the pool and the house was very clean. The location is fantastic, very close to Skopelos Chora, in a quiet and so green neighbourhood of Skopelos. We can't wait to go again!

Villa Koukounaria was perfect in every regard! I think we were the first guests since the villa was refurbished. The décor is neutral and stylish, and the villa was immaculately clean. The pool is magical and the views from all levels of the villa are stunning (being able to view the port from inside the pool was lovely). The gentle ringing of the bells on the neck of the local goats up down the hillside brings an even more magical charm to the place. The hosts could not have been more charming and helpful. We had an unfortunate situation with another villa on the island and needed to check in earlier at Villa Koukounaria than advertised and they accommodated our needs. We were in regular contact with the hosts during our stay, with them kindly regularly checking to make sure we were happy and that we had everything we need (purely attentive, not overbearing). On an additional note, if you’re staying at the villa, you would really need to hire a car to make the most of your stay. All in all, we could not recommend the villa highly enough and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone who wants a special place to stay whilst on Skopelos.

Great hosts - came to collect us from Skopelos port and couldn’t do enough for you. Arranged our car hire for us as well. Location of property - fantastic views beautiful property but definately need a car.

Beautiful location, stunning home and wonderful pool surrounded by peach trees. it was a little slice of paradise. We absolutely loved it and Yiannis - the owner couldn’t have been more helpful and considerate.

The pictures look stunning but the real view is absolut amazing. One of the best houses I have ever booked! The house was super clean, there were two bathrooms a full furnished kitchen and anything you might need! The owner is super friendly we got supplied with fresh plum from her garden every day. As a welcoming gift we got local olive oil and wine. Really amazing!!!

Stunning, absolutely stunning! Everything was perfect. The villa is modern, decorated with excellent taste, everything one could possibly need at your disposal. Its location provides a breath-taking view of the Skopelos bay from all rooms. The terrace is spacious, with lots of cozy spots to chill and relax. My family and I stayed at Villa Politimi for two weeks in July (2023). Our hosts were warm and welcoming. The villa was spotlessly clean, spacious and beautifully designed and decorated. All facilities were easy to use and modern. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of hanging and draw space for our clothes. The kitchen was modern and well equipped. The views from the house towards Skopolos town and the surrounding countryside were stunning. We especially loved the outside spaces where we dined al fresco and sunbathed by the swimming pool. Swimming in the pool was a welcome retreat from the heat of the day. All in all, we had a truly fabulous time.
