Anna and Manolis are so friendly and can’t do enough to help. The house is wonderful and is set on the edge of a beautiful village - walking distance to a great taverna “Klimataria”. Within 15 minutes drive you can be in Pigadia for larger supermarkets and great butchers if you want to use the lovely bbq at the house. The pool is wonderful for a refreshing dip and the views are stunning, the house has everything you need and we miss it already! It’s super clean and has lovely personal touches, it feels like a home rather than a standard villa and it is clear that it is loved. So nice to be in a village and not in a resort, surrounded by Greek people and not us tourists! Loved it all so much, the peace, the garden, the village, loved Karpathos and can’t wait to return.

Annika’s place is a newly renovated large house with high quality touches and a modern design. The house is actually even better than the pictures! It’s brand new and equipped with literally everything, from coffee capsules and a Nespresso machine, to a fully equipped kitchen with many utensils and consumables. It was one of the most enjoyable houses I have stayed and I am sure that anyone would appreciate its quality. The host was accurate and immediate at responding to all our needs. If I revisit Karpathos I would definitely stay at this house. The location is only 10-15minute drive from Pigadia and it’s location is good if you plan to visit northern parts of the island such as Olympos and Diafani (boat to Saria). It deserves 10 plus!

Manolis and his team are the epitome of Greek hospitality. From the clean, well stocked house to the awe inspiring view and sparkling pool, you can tell he wants his guests to stay in a home that reflects his values. Special welcome gifts and an invitation to pick apricots and lemons from his trees were the icing on the cake. One day he took us on a remarkable boat trip along the rocky and historical coastline into caves, beaches and even a swim in a secluded cove ( along with his knowledgeable friend Mike to translate). Their love of the island gets into your heart and soul. Thank you “Captain” Manolis- you helped make our vacation the best! Oh and take all his restaurant recommendations as well- he eats there too!
