The location is wonderful, the hospitality of the host, Istvan was very good. Room was clear. The bed in the room is comfortable, I did not have backache in the mornings as I usually have in hotels. Free wifi and A/C worked well. Breakfast is going to get cooked by Istvan in fornt of you, so you can eat everything fresh.

It was newly built and clean, enjoyed staying there. They showed us the part of the house where Mr József Bock was born, beautifully renovated. Our room was basic but perfectly fit the purpose of spending one night when we visited the Palkonya Hangja Festival at Haraszti Birtok (in the nearby gastro village Palkonya). We’ve never seen as many stars in the sky as in Kisjakabfalva, living near Budapest, in usual we barely have the chance to witness the Milky Way that was so bright when laying down in the garden.

Everything was just great! The house is situated in a nice and calme area. There is a place to seat outside and chill. Thé house Has everything you may need, including washing machine. It's confortable and clean.

The breakfast was a large portion, and delicious. The room and the kitchen were well equipped and clean. The hosts are very friendly, and their local wine is great.

We loved this place. It's located off the main street and feels very private. A true Hungarian village feeling. The host was very responsive and friendly. Private parking on site. Pets included. Room was cozy. Good heating, since we came in early Spring. The jacuzzi and sauna are a great addition to the place. Shampoo included. The free bottle of local wine was great. The host even made us breakfast on Sunday, which was outstanding.

Zoltan is super-extra welcoming, nice and kind host and person, he proposed to pick us up from the train station and bring to the place, more over we couldn’t catch a taxi from Sauska (mind as it’s quite a problem in Villany as there is only 1 taxi guy who is quite difficult to catch) and Zoltan was so nice to come and pick us up from there and take back to the train station the next day. The room was very nice and clean, breakfast was amazing, place is 10 minutes walk from the Villany pincesor. Highly recommended place!
