Amazing Tuscany view from the room and common areas. Very friendly and helpful staff. We really appreciate Denise for her recommendations, she is a lovely person. Beautiful and very spacious room. Breakfast was also amazing with carefully selected meat, cheese,a big variety of croissants, etc . I do not understand why people complain that gardens where the family stays are closed, especially if you can still see those with a booked tour. Although the pictures are accurate the place is even more beautiful when you see it in person.

My husband and I (early 30s) had a wonderful time at Le Civette. We stayed for 7 nights. The location was an excellent base to explore Florence and the Tuscan countryside. It feels rural although is actually very well connected and only 20 minutes outside of Florence. We hired a car from the airport which made exploring a lot easier. We did also take the bus a couple of times to travel into Florence. It's only a 10 minute walk to the bus stop and they are quite frequent. The accommodation was very clean and the pool is fantastic. The view across the olive groves is stunning! Marco was a very good host. He recommended some local spots for dinner and helped us to book a table and organise wine tasting locally. He made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The kitchen is well equipped to make simple meals and we appreciated the constant supply of coffee capsules! We would love to return to Le Civette and feel there is still plenty to explore in the area. We would highly recommend Le Civette for couple holidays, although the shared facilities (outdoor dining area and BBQ) would lend itself to small groups such as family or friends. We didn't use these as each apartment also has its own outdoor seating.

Very good location if you want to visit various places in Toscana. The apartment was very clean and you will find everything you need in the kitchen either to cook or drink. There is kitchen with gas, oven and microwave. Of course there is laundry machine. The bed was very big and the mattress very comfortable. There is a very big closet. The internet was very fast and reliable and the living room it was okey. The bathroom is brand new, looks like tiny but it is okey. There is public space under the apartment for parking the car. I don’t know if there is public transportation close to the apartment because we didn’t use them. This apartment is for a long stay above one week. There is a supermarket very close to the apartments. The neighbours in the building was all very kind. Ideal apartment for visiting san Gimignano, Sienna, Florence centre is 10 minutes with car and all locals agriturismo destinations like winery tasting from local producers you will fine them on trip advisor. We enjoy the view from the window every morning. Definitely we will come here. Finally the owner was very kind and she answered on every question and she provided us every information that we need through WhatsApp in minutes every time that we need something. Very pleasant stay. Thank you very much.

Quiet location close to local shops and public transport. Clean and well appointed apartment with plenty of room for our family. Balcony overlooking the adjacent park. Easy parking close to the front door. Excellent communication from the host.

The house is beautiful inside and out. Everything is high quality. The location is perfect for visiting Tuscany. It is a 12-15 minutes ride to the center of Florence, and 50-60 minutes to Siena or San Gimignano. The region is great for biking. The host gave us some bikes, and we were able to make a couple of lovely rides.
