We spent 5 days in a beautiful place near Perugia, with the company of two adorable hosts! Miriam and Andrea are extremely kind and discreet and they made us feel at home. The 16th century building is tastefully renovated with love and respect to the local rural architecture. Delicious, homemade bread by Miriam and local products and plates for breakfast lunch or dinner for those who appreciate the beauty of simple things. If you want luxury, stay away. If you want a touching experience of true hospitality, this is the place! Last but not least, a gang of nine super cute cats, two dogs, two horses and a donkey, complete this picture of paradise.

Excellent welcoming hosts, going the extra mile to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Good varied breakfast, tea and coffee available throughout the day, besides occasional snacks. Daily maid service, super comfortable beds and down pillows. Michele sends detailed info re parking, sightseeing and good restaurants via WhatsApp. Do follow his instructions to locate rental as Google maps insists on sending you through a disused road, further up the hill! Shared kitchen can be used for cooking. Effective central heating, refrigerator in room. Good WiFi. Only reachable by car. Rooms on first floor, no elevator.

We appreciate the warm welcome and hospitality both Francesca and Lamberto offered us during our vacation. Staying at their place was a wonderful experience. The premises are stylishly furnished, with comfortable beds and an excellent breakfast with homemade jams. The location is stunning. From all of us.

A spacious apartment near several bus stops, so even without a car you can easily get to the city center and the station. The apartment looks the same as in the photos, very clean. Located on the third floor, without an elevator. There is self check in, no keys, door opening with app and code. The host provided us with all the information in advance via mail (detailed bulletin), and via Whatsup. Great deal for the money, I recommend.
