I'll try to be brief, although it's difficult for me :) Giuseppe was an extraordinary host and constantly made sure we had everything we needed and provided us with any information we requested. The property has everything you need. Very comfortable beds, everything of quality in Italian style. We were 2 boys and 3 girls and none of us had anything to complain about. Muro Locano is a picturesque Italian settlement, quiet, located between the mountains from where you can see impressive landscapes. To get there you need a car, but if you are a lover of nature, of peace, if you like the smell of smoke coming from the stoves, the fog of the mountains or the sound of birds, I recommend this location. The house was very comfortable, there was a lot of space and good equipment. The location was perfect, very beautiful! Also Silvio was really helpful and kind to us. Muro Lucano is an amazing place and we really loved our stay there <3

Andrea's mother and sister met us at the apartment and explained the facilities. They were very welcoming and Andrea was responsive to any questions we had leading up to our stay. It's a cute place in the town square outside of a church. The bedrooms are in the back away from the square and are quiet. Apartment was very clean. 4 of us stayed there comfortably for 2 nights. Parking is nearby. We would return here!

What warmed my heart was the little gesture of bringing us fresh eggs from their chickens for breakfast. Comfortable Space: The apartment boasts two bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a cozy living room. The terrace—oh, the terrace! —provides sweeping city views. Sipping coffee there felt like touching the sky. Hidden Italy: Terrazza sul Cielo takes you off the beaten path. It’s where authenticity thrives, where little English meets little Italian, and conversations flow effortlessly. It was in the perfect location. I have family there and it was wonderful to be able to walk everywhere.The town is magical. I was riding a moto in the mountains and decided to stay there instead of going back home. I booked a room in the evening when it was getting cold and dark. After half an hour I was there, the host welcomed me, the room was ready and he put on extra heating to get it warm fast. The host was friendly, polite and helpful. The room had everything I needed. In the kitchen there were appliances to cook and make tea/coffee. Everything was clean. In the bathroom there was shower gel. The place is in the middle of nature. The views are spectacular!!!

Lara is amazing. I went to Ricigliano on a special mission to find documentation related to my ancestors that left the town in the late 1800s. She served as a guide and translator and helped me meet the right people to make my trip a success. I can't speak highly enough of how she treated us.
