Ciao Massimo e Ryan! Thank you so much for an incredible stay. We felt so relaxed and well looked after and it was a pleasure to meet you both. You really went above and beyond and we are so grateful. The house and rooms are beautiful (we said many ‘wows’ when being showed round), the garden is stunning, and the pool is a peaceful place to watch the sun set across the valley. We went on some great walks up into the hills and ate very well in the town. We can’t wait to return!

This house is not far from many attractions. Despite the fact that there is a road nearby, the house was quiet. Very large rooms. The kitchen contains everything you need. Elena and her husband were very pleasant hosts and answered all questions. We stayed as a family with three children and were very pleased with our stay in this house.

We stayed two days at Lara's place. She is an amazing host. She made our stay even more special with all the recommendations about the restaurants, wines and places to visit. Our best stay in Italy ever. Beautyful localization, fantastic view from terrace and pool. The house is well equipped with all necessary facilities. A/C, celling fans, clean private pool - the hot summer is not a problem there. Close to Bologna / Modena, very nice villages in close vincinity. Guilo and Bruno (hosts) are very kind, helpfull and informative. Strongly reccomend!
