Everything. It exceeded my expectations. I am walking the via Francigena and it is right in the route. It had everything I needed including a washing machine. I even had eggs to cook for my breakfast. The host Nadia was warm and helpful.

My wife and I wanted to do a last min stop in Pietramalara to visit. We booked at the last min and did not have very high expectations. We were just going to spend one night and be gone the next morning. Franco met us at the desk and actually spent some time talking to us prior to showing us our room. Since we did not know the area, he arranged for someone to escort us to a restaurant and chilled a bottle of wine that we brought. When we got back from dinner he set us up for a nice peaceful romantic evening on our own private terrace. Breakfast the next morning was perfect with fresh coffee and fruit. When we checked out he gave us a bottle of local wine and made a one night stay very memorable. The room was very clean and so was the entire property. We are grateful for his hospitality and highly recommend this little gem.

This historic property has been beautifully restored and is very spacious and well decorated, with its own home cinema and chapel! It is extremely good value. It sits on a hilltop with panoramic views in the little town of Dragoni (quiet but with a few restaurants, bars and shops and well situated for many interesting placez nearby and near several major routes from north to south. Giuluana was wonderful and kind, helping us and making our stay. She got in things for our breakfasts, helped us find the parking nearby and offered advice and friendship. We loved our stay, thank you!

The B&B is well located for accessing the Parco Regionale Matese and surrounding towns where you can find amazing restaurants. Although the property doesn't have its own parking, you can easily park in the surrounding streets (few parking restrictions if any). The room and bathroom were great as well as the kitchen facilities and complementary amenities like coffee and water. The staff were able to accommodate our early check-in request and were very nice overall. Our dog also got a warm welcome from the staff and enjoyed his stay too! Breakfast is at La Delizia, a lovely cafe/bar nearby which has amazing pastries.
