Very comfortable place to stay. Has everything needed for a long stay. Wifi is good for work. Big TV with Youtube. Hosts are very helpful and nice people. Big supermarket and many shops nearby. A great base to discover central Sri Lanka.

It was really pleasant to live in Nishad's place. It is a clean and hospitable guest house located not far from Kandy. Pick it for rural tranquility, it's a great stop if you want to discover Kandy city and area around it. There is a room with AC, fibre optics internet for additional moderate price if you need it. Home owner and his family are very modest and kind people.

We are completely satisfied with our stay at this place. The owner and his wife were very kind and accommodating, taking care of us with great attention. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and the dinners and breakfasts were impeccable, enjoying excellent local cuisine. We really appreciated the homely atmosphere created by every detail, ensuring that we felt at home. The only downside was that our stay was too short - we would definitely love to stay longer :)

We stayed at The clouds for one night on Valentine's day 2022. It is the most Romantic place I 've ever stayed in. Like most have already commented the view was to die for. The sun rise wakes you up and it is magical to watch the change of the colours of the sky from the comfortable swinging bed. Oh the bed!!!! The night was a bit cloudy so we missed the starry night it could have been but early morning we managed to lay on the balcony gazing at the most amazing moon. A few stars and the many twinkling lights of the distant mountain ranges added to the magic. The whole front view is undisturbed mountain ranges in different shades like a painting and there is nothing in between our eyes and the view. We didn't feel the need to put the blinds down once even though I was worried initially about the privacy. Inthizar's special dinner and the absolutely gorgeous breakfast was outstanding. We sadly missed the local hike due to weather but we will certainly be back again and next time for a few more nights. Thank you for the most Romantic stay we have ever had. Many wonderful memories were made and will see you next time.
