Gabriel was of great help. He helped us with a sim card, airport shuttle and showed us where to find all the good places. The hostel is in a safe neighborhood and the room was great. Excellent way of starting our vacation.

The Hotel Owner is on-site and available most of the week; BUT WE HAVE NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES HERE. (Have stayed at Hotel RDG 4 TIMES; OVER 40 DAYS TOTAL!) BREAKFAST is included; 6 available choices are from a MENU… THANKFULLY NOT a BUFFET (like other places). OH and LAUNDRY SERVICE cost ONLY $10 for a suitcase full of clothes!! they do it here on-site
