The owner is really friendly and patient. We travelled with 6 tweenagers and she didnt mind the noise. The apartment is really big, with 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a big living room and spacious kitchen. Two balconies also. Beautiful, quiet mornings and a big garden.

Casa de Assade and our host Joao Paolo was fantastic. The place is idyllic farmhouse with great swimming facilities and full of peace and quietness. Our host was very helpful with absolutely everything. I have to go back because I left my heart in there.

Stunning view of the valley below. Lovely pool. Very clean and new property with great outdoor furniture. Communication with owners/managers was brilliant. Very helpful indeed. Nice coffee machine! Mattresses are firm but very comfy. Plenty of storage in bedrooms. Very peaceful surroundings. Would definitely return!

In Sao Pedro de Rates, along the way of the Central Camino, the location is perfect. Anabela is the perfect hostess with a welcome lemonade after our long hike. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Restaurant nearby with delicious food. Great breakfast the next morning.

This is a great hostel to stay at on the Camino! Very relaxing, we had a lovely swim in the pool when we arrived and had an awesome dinner too, as we were too tired to walk anywhere. Great value for money and the staff are all extremely friendly and helpful! Really awesome stay!
