Excellent hotel. We liked everything — the welcome and assistance at the reception, the help with parking recommendations (€1.40 per night until 9 a.m., then €1.40 for each additional hour), a very spacious room with good furniture, high-quality beds and linens, perfect cleanliness, and a well-equipped bathroom. Breakfast offers a wide variety of pastries and sweets, but you can also find healthy options. A stunning, lively river flows right under the windows. Shops and cafés are nearby.

Lovely hotel located near bars restaurants and the centre of town just a short walk away. Pere was very friendly and helpful, a real gentleman. staff were friendly. Good room with comfy bed. Good breakfast, secure covered parking as well.

I give maximum points because the hotel exceeded expectations. Nice staff at the reception. Free parking nearby. Supermarket next door. Large spacious rooms. There was enough to like and left a positive memory.

A nice and clean room. Lots of free parking spots, which is VERY RARE in Andorra, which makes it worth 10 mins of extra driving from the main road, and also gives a great view of mountains from the hotel. A great breakfast (8 euro).

We stayed there for 3 nights. It was very comfortable and pleasant. The reception was easy and quick. The room we got was very spacious, bright, clean and comfortable. All the facilities were in order. The water flow in the shower was strong. The breakfast was delicious and satisfying, the coffee was great, there was also freshly squeezed orange juice, and in any case they asked if we wanted anything else and they generously granted our request. They helped us find our way around, we received useful information. The parking is private and really close to the building and to the room. The view is beautiful, you can see the mountains. The place is very quiet, the surroundings too, and at the same time not too far from major attractions. Full value for the money.

Lovely and friendly staff, excellent preparation and New Year celebrations, excelent and varied brekfast, good parking. The hotel's nice location, jast a five minute walk from historic center and shopping streets!

Comfortable hotel with a long tradition in Andorra. Friendly staff and tasty breakfast.

Location wise is very near to central coach station (5mins walk) and it is easily accessible to the highs street/shopping street. Generally the staff are very nice and sweet. They kindly prepare an unexpected birthday gift to my friend during his lunar birthday.

The hotel is right in the centre for shopping, it has a good restaurant and the food was good, and the staff were helpful especially the front desk.

Nice clean room great views of the football stadium. They were very dog friendly and loved our dog. Great service highly recommended for a decent price.

The reception staff Louisa and Anatol were absolutely fantastic and really made me feel welcome. I really enjoyed my stay and I would definitely recommend this place. It’s very easily accessible not many hills to climb and there’s outdoor lifts that help.

The location was excellent. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed for a two-night stay.

Good position in Andorra la Vella, parking is available very close, their pool is a good distraction.

Very friendly staff, parking easy and convenient (same elevator to go to the rooms). Very quiet room. Very good breakfast too.

The hotel is stylish, the staff is polite and knowledgeable. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, and the hotel restaurant is excellent for lunch and dinner. The hotel's location is very convenient; I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here!
