The general atmosphere: location, restaurant food, staff.

Nice location in the mountains and a bus station, for a direct connection with the Capital. The people working in this hotel deserve a raise and bonuses ❤️ All our questions were answered, a lot of positive energy shared. Big thank you to Dennis for making our stay so great!

Friendly staff and fantastic food absolutely worth taking, inspired by local flavours. A three course dinner with a choice from a daily set menu for each of them. The village offers nice scenic hiking trails around. Good free parking included, but there is a bus connection.

Everything was very good and we strongly recomand with compliments! For sure, we come again! Bravo!

Great location, spacious room, clean and functional. Great breakfast. Breakfast staff were fantastic in keeping the plates full.

We weren t lucky to have snow in Arinsal but the team were really helpfull recomending alternative locations ,Ordina Arcalis , and the kids had a an amazing time skiing . Staff, super great and friendly. Room too hots... but we turned off the heating

When I checked in, the receptionist found out that it was my birthday and sent us a bottle of kava. It was very nice. The hotel itself is big and beautiful. The room has everything you need. And also, if you want, you can book a spa - 15 euros per hour, as well as various types of massages from 45 euros. If you plan to visit them, it is better to book in advance. Because in our case it was impossible to get there at the right time. The hotel also has a Bowling, slot machines, a restaurant, and a bar. There will always be something to do. The ski lift is nearby, which was also very convenient.

Elegant hotel in the middle of La Massana, just across the road from the cable car (we didn’t go up as we had other purpose for visiting Andorra). Comfortable rooms, bed especially, bathroom with bathtub, very much appreciated. Very helpful for us was the fact that they accept pets❤️. The breakfast was excellent and at a very good value. We could park on the hotel reserved spots just outside, and for free, which is a big bonus in Andorra. We didn’t try the spa, maybe next time. For sure we’ll stay again when in Andorra.

We loved the stuff, the food, the atmosphere... very cozy and nice. We would love to come back and we do recommend the place with our whole hearts. The renting place was very close, the lift for skiing also... it's incredible convinient located.

Every Ski and Bike season, we book this hotel with my brother; we are fans of their staff; they are very nice and go the extra mile to make your stay memorable and comfortable. We also book parking with them for the whole stay.

basic breakfast but value for money

Great location, near to everything, spacious room, very friendly staff.

Friendly stuff and amazing location, definitely will be coming back ❤️

The location was quite good and easy to find as it is right on the main road. Easy access to city center with Car and I assume by bus as well. We also had the breakfast included so it was quite decent. Our room was quite big and spacious with a lot of space for entire family (although we were the 2 of us). We loved the

Everything was exceptional, the location, the room and the view. Very near to Andorra Villa but also to the surrounding mountains. The hotel also has a restaurant which offered fantastic food and value for the money that you pay. I cannot wait to visit again!
