Special thanks to Mr. Kushel, the manager, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. His attention to detail and dedication to guest satisfaction truly stood out. At the reception desk, Mr. Tamer was incredibly helpful and professional. He handled all our queries with a smile and was always ready to assist, making the check-in and check-out process smooth and enjoyable. The dining experience was also unforgettable, thanks to the talented chef, who treated us to some of the most delicious meals we’ve ever had at a resort. Every dish was flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented. The resort’s animation team deserves a shoutout for their fun energy and constant efforts to keep guests entertained. Whether it was daytime activities by the pool or evening shows, they added a lively touch to our vacation. The night singer was equally fantastic, creating a wonderful ambiance that made every evening feel magical. If I had one suggestion, it would be to add some shading options over the pool area to offer guests more protection from the sun during peak hours.
