Check in was great, was a little bit disappointed as I was told there would be a complimentary cake for my son's birthday upon arrival but it wasn't set in the room until after dinner - the timing could have been better but the overall check in was quick and great! Breakfast, dinner, staff at the kids club and around the property were FANTASTIC. So friendly, helpful and my kids loved it. We're vegetarian, the kitchen accommodated this perfectly and we're clear to point out our options. Everything was clearly labelled and no request was too much.
