The hotel was renewed 3 years ago: warm atmosphere of the mountains but modern at the same time; very tidy and clean, with a spectacular view, well cared for food - breakfast and dinner; wanderfull location on the top of the hill but not far from the village.- 5 minutes by car.. From the moment we arrived at OTP Birkenhof, we were blown away by the exceptional service, ambiance, and attention to detail. From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone was professional, friendly, and genuinely eager to make our stay special. The rooms were immaculate, beautifully designed, and comfortable. A family hotel, as hotels were before. Local people work, who care about the guest's needs.Clean, everything works as it should. They have 3 nice saunas and one IR sauna. Which is more than expected. The pool is large and clean. The location is quite good when it comes to skiing in Bad. You only need 12 minutes of driving. Room is big enough for 2 adult and two kids. Will come again.
